Hi, I'm Avalon Sanchez, a third-generation Austinite with a passion for real estate. I graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a degree in Business Marketing, where I also played softball on a scholarship. The skills I honed on the field-communication, dedication, and perseverance-are the same qualities I bring to my real estate career.
Growing up with parents in real estate, I was immersed in the industry from a young age. This hands-on experience, combined with my formal education, equips me to help clients make the best real estate decisions. I have deep knowledge of Austin's culture and neighborhoods, and I love sharing why my family has called this city home since the early 1900s.
One of my favorite family stories is about my great-grandmother, who made tamales for Cisco's Bakery on 6th and Comal. When President John F. Kennedy visited Austin, he tried her tamales and was so impressed that he requested a couple dozen to take back to the White House. It's just one of the many ways my family's roots run deep in this city!
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, staying active, cooking, and watching sports. I'm a big fan of the Houston Astros, Houston Texans, and Texas Longhorns. My commitment to serving others extends beyond real estate, as I've volunteered on mission trips and with organizations like the Special Olympics and local food banks.
I'm excited to help you navigate the real estate market and share my love for Austin with you. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I am dedicated to making your experience smooth and successful.
